Upcoming project- Save My Battery!

I put a nice seat warmer in my truck for this winter. Happily it heats my tush just right for the very very short trip to work in the morning. Sadly I forget to unplug it. A LOT.

So I’ve had to call my wife to come save me several times.

That got me to thinking….how can I prevent this technologically? A low voltage cut off? I know they make them. My AC/DC inverter in the truck has one built in. But the seat warmer needs one!

Arduino to the rescue!

I know this project could be cheaper if I just bought one off the shelf but what’s the fun in that???

Look for more info on this project soon.
